Our return policy only applies to clothing bought online on our website widethebrand.com. Wide The Brand will refund any unworn or defective clothing bought online with the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please return the clothes in the original package.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN TERMS?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from Wide The Brand.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please contact email@example.com for a return/exchange authorization number. This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by the carrier company). We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 30-day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned items with the original tags attached. We recommend keeping the tracking number issued by the carrier company.
